ICE 2019 Best Paper Award

Selection of Candidates
ICE 2019 will present the Best Paper Award for each sub-theme. Prior to the Conference, OUM’s Best Paper Award Selection Committee will identify the best six papers (two from each sub-theme) as finalists. The winners for the Best Paper Award will be determined by the Committee after their assessment of oral presentations by the six finalists during the Conference.

Procedure and Criteria for Selection

  • Relevance of content to Conference theme and sub-themes;
  • Best practices that have led to substantial learning outcomes or impact; and
  • Quality of paper in terms of writing and analytics.

Procedure and Criteria for Oral Presentation

  • Oral presentation of content;
  • Articulation of concepts; and
  • Organisation and flow.
