NOTE:
Participants with valid student ID and those who register in a group of 5 or more are entitled for the Early Bird rate

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, you can request to transfer your registration to another person by notifying the Conference Secretariat, before the conference, through email at ice2019@oum.edu.my. If you are registered as a presenter, the substitute person must be one of the authors identified in the conference paper.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

  • Last date for cancellation: 9 March 2019
    All cancellations must be made by notifying the Conference Secretariat through email at ice2019@oum.edu.my. Reimbursement will be processed after the conference and will incur 5% handling fee charge.
  • Cancellation after 9 March 2019 will not be refunded.
